Events
The program culminates with an annual fund raising dinner where the new chefs prepare a seven-course meal for 150 + guests and are awarded a certificate of completion. There are several entertainers that perform throughout the evening as well.

Every year the graduates of the Ascension Culinary Institute (ACI) invite supporters, friends, family and community members to their Annual Fundraiser Gala. Ticket sales from the event supports the continuation of our free culinary institute for kids in New York City.
The evening includes cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner cooked, plated and served by the current class of ACI chefs. The feast is followed by fabulous performers and live music! This year's performers included Broadway star Sean McDermott, the Muñiz Band and more!
